At Glu-Less we work day and night to achieve one thing: Helping each and every individual to enjoy all the culinary variety the world has to offer, even— and especially—if you or one of your family members are sensitive to gluten.
Whether you’re talking about a restaurant, bakery, cooking workshop, delicatessen, or any other culinary institution, we have one goal: To enable people who are gluten-sensitive to travel and enjoy food anywhere in the world.
We started out as a small group of food lovers with child and adult relatives who were gluten-sensitive.
Our group decided to share the results of its ongoing search for places that offer gluten-free food and food products with others. This endeavor evolved into Glu-Less, a website and app that aims to provide information for all those seeking gluten-free culinary experiences around the world.
As far as we are concerned, gluten-free content is just the beginning. We aim to expand this site and enable people with other food sensitivities to enjoy all the culinary variety the world has to offer. We are currently working on additional websites and applications for people who are sensitive to lactose, nuts, etc.
